The Richmond Museum presents the 18th annual Doors Open Richmond on June 7 and 8. This year’s event brings together more than 50 partner locations spanning art studios, national historic sites, agricultural farms, and religious organizations, which all highlight the diversity of the city.

Must-see sites include KPU Farms, which invites families to explore sustainability through a variety of locally grown crops; Seawrack Press Studio, the perfect place for those interested in learning about the rich traditions of papermaking and bookbinding; and LuLu Island Winery, where visitors can walk the vineyards for a one-of-a-kind look at winemaking and a tasting.

Doors Open Richmond is largely self-guided, but the Richmond Museum will also offer two different bus tours—Sacred Spaces and the all-new Discover Doors Open—for those interested in exploring the sites thematically. Most programs are available on a walk-in basis, and some require advance registration.
