Made in BC presents Dance Makers & Authors in Conversation online on April 15 at 2 pm

 

CHOREOGRAPHERS AND wordsmiths may have more in common than you think.

Find out what, as some of the city’s dance artists talk shop with its best-known writers and storytellers in a unique Made in BC streamed event that brings the worlds of movement and words together.

In this streamed event, writer-dancer-choreographer Ahalya Satkunaratnam has a meeting of minds with Aina Yasué; Coast Salish storyteller Celestine Aleck chats with choreographer Holly Bright; and SFU professor Peter Dickinson exchanges ideas with some of the dance artists featured in his recent book—Justine Chambers and Ziyian Kwan.
